Bonjour et bienvenue!

I’m Elizabeth, and I’m the face and voice, eyes and ears, heart and soul of Très Amusante Photographie. I’m delighted that you stopped by to view my work and learn more about me!

I view what I do as visual story-telling. It’s my job to capture not only the places and people, but the all emotions and expressions of the moments that go exactly according to plan, and those that, well, don’t. While I suggest ideas for personalization and encourage clients to prepare as much as possible for their portrait session, it’s documenting the spontaneous moments that I find most gratifying. My goal is to show your personality, not just what you look like.

As you will see through my blog posts, I love to travel and explore new places. I’m always preparing for or returning from a journey somewhere, whether it’s across the state or across the country. To keep a balance between my personal and professional lives, I book only a limited number of photo sessions per year.
